That video is a bit of a parody... Donald Trump is (rather obviously ) spliced in, it looks like images possibly taken from during the presidential debates... Clinton originally gave that speech in 1995. I transcribed it and posted the original video quite a few times in days gone by, asking why people's attitudes have changed so much in twenty years on this issue, that Clinton gets a standing ovation, while Trump gets called a racist, for saying basically the very same things The slippery slope has steepened quite a bit.
