I feel that if Ultralight Aircraft are not allowed to over-fly populated areas — and FAR 103 prohibits them doing so — then drones should not be afforded the privilege either.

she's NOT creepy at all, she's at war with her neighbors who have cameras everywhere
abutted to her property and 'watch' everything that she and hers do...

she told us that anyone can 'buy' this app, even the most 'back-woods-reds'...
