U.S. Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) joined "Fox & Friends Weekend" to discuss the upcoming start of Congress' investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election. The evidentiary process is set to begin March 20. Gowdy said it's unusual for the House of Representatives to be involved with this sort of investigation. "The House is not equipped to investigate allegations of crime, so that's always a challenge. ...
