A friend of mine from church, who is of Norwegian stock posted this on FB today. She also made note that Canada was 7th, in the top ten. Could be we are happy because we don't have to worry about health care? Everyone is covered, no exceptions, if you are Canadian, landed immigrant or permanent resident.

This includes my American DIL.

I am told the rich Canadians come to the US for their health care. I wonder why.
