On the contrary, liberals are trying to make America like socialist Europe.
Lol, that's what the TV says, but in reality Europe is looking pretty contrary to that notion.

Tell that to the victims of muslims thanks to liberal policies.

You should look into the rising rightwing, nationalist, and racist sentiments in the youth and people my age of Europe in backlash over that. It cannot be televised, but it also cannot be hidden.

You are hairsplitting at best.........and confused at worst.

Socialism as a Governing Theory certainly does exist.

You are trying to play word games based on the reality that Socialist Governments have never been pure versions of the Theory. That is hairsplitting and misleading.

Definition of socialism

 • 1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods

 • 2a : a system of society or group living in which there is no private propertyb : a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state
 • 3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

Hmmm, if I thought socialism was real this would actually tempt me to become a socialist. Apparently according to this I could be subsidized, represented by the government, and have things people in other countries can only dream about. Good thing I know better, that socialism doesn't actually exist.

Sure it's a theory, a theory that has never been realized. That's because it's not real. It can only exist in the realm of theory because it cannot exist in reality.

Definition -A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investing scam promising high rates of return with little risk to investors. The Ponzi scheme generates returns for older investors by acquiring new investors.

Walk me through how "socialism" is in fact a ponzi scheme.

That would also be the definition of social security retirement.

Utah, don't be so harsh.

The extra carbon dioxide is good for the plants.
Yeah, but all that extra carbon dioxide leads to global warming that the liberals complain about.

I suspect you exist in that supposed realm of theory?

Anyway...........as I said, you are just word playing and hairsplitting............so enjoy your little games........but, you are very wrong as to the existence of socialism as a form of Government.........

Your game requires you to make the assertion that you are only speaking of a PERFECT socialism...........not Socialism intoto.

Current Nations who practice Socialist style Governments have not PERFECTED their practice, but they surely exist, and are trying to perfect their style of Government..........An imperfect Socialist Government is STILL a Socialist Government.

Perfection is not required to define a style of Government.

I'm not sure you can call socialism a form of government. Maybe an economic system that is planned by the government. If I remember my economics 111 and 112 classes correctly. Been many years.

Lol, I've thought before whether I am real or not. A very existentialist question.

Well if they are not perfectly socialist, then they're not actually socialist. It's always the claim that they got to perfect it that they use to sucker in the suckers to buy into the Ponzi Scheme.

"If we just get some more of your money well then we'll really be socialists!"

Again, not true..............sorry........Perfection IS NOT a REQUIREMENT for something/someone to exist. By your standard NOTHING/NO ONE exists............or...........EVER HAS existed.

Only God is perfect...........and by God, I include the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

Your argument is nothing more than word play at best and strawman at worst.

Because socialism isn't real, the people at the top promise them socialism, or communism, or democracy, or whatever sounds nice at the time, basically an equitable and prosperous utopia, but it never actually happens. The only thing that happens is the guys at the top get a whole lot of money and privilege.
This is because socialism never takes into account the corrupt human heart.
On paper it looks great. Implementation is impossible.

Equality of result is very evil. If I work harder than you, why should you have the same amount as me?

There have only been 2 proven forces that have worked to control corruption. Competition and a belief in, and accountability to, a higher being. At it's purest socialism despises both.

Lol even on paper it sounds stupid in my opinion. Like oh wow, the government isn't working, so let's give all our stuff to them and then maybe they'll work. I almost can't believe people fall for the obvious Ponzi Scheme over and over.

They are Governments operating based on Socialism as defined by the definitions provided.

Your standard means that NO ONE..............NOTHING exists, nor ever has...........and I'm pretty sure that is not true. Could be wrong........this could ALL BE just a bad dream God is having..........but, until I see evidence of that, I'll go with the reality I see, feel, smell, taste, hear, and touch.

Sorry, Socialism actually exists..............

If they're not perfectly socialist, if socialism has never been perfected and can never be perfected; then what are they really?

Lol you can't see, feel, smell, taste, hear, or touch socialism. Even you say it isn't perfect, and so I just logically conclude it doesn't exist. Sure there are governments that say they are going to be socialist one day, but they never can get there. Well why can't they get there? They can't get there because it's not real, the destination does not exist. They're selling a cruise to no where.

Between the ever advancing indoctrination in our school system, and the allure of santa claus gov. giving free stuff, it's amazing to me we haven't reached the tipping point yet!

Socialism is a tool for those that want totalitarian control over people's lives. EVERY aspect of it.
