What's next Sharia Law ? Voters in Delaware should take a close look at this.
If you haven't read about it just Google the title. This is really SICK.

After reading this, I decided to look up the population of Muslims in the US. Its not very big, according to wikipedia its only about 1% of the population-

Islam is the third largest religion in the United States after Christianity and Judaism.[SUP][1][/SUP] According to a 2010 study, it is followed by 0.9% of the population, compared with 70.6% who follow Christianity, 22.8% unaffiliated, 1.9% Judaism, 0.7% Buddhism, and 0.7% Hinduism.[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][2][/SUP]According to a newer estimate done in 2016, there were 3.3 million Muslims living in the United States, about 1% of the total U.S. population.[SUP][3]

[/SUP]
After reading that, I decided to check the population of Delaware specifically, I cant find an exact number but according to wikipedia, the state has some history with Islam-[SUP]

Islam in Delaware is an established religion. Although it is unknown how many Muslims live in the state, Delaware has at least five mosques and a sizable Muslim population.
It is possible that the history of Islam in Delaware extends as far back as the origin of the Delaware Moors, a mixed-race community in Kent and Sussex counties whose origins are variously attributed to 18th century shipwrecked Moorish pirates, wives brought over from the 17th century British evacuation of Tangier, or a legendary romance between a European colonist and an enslaved Moorish prince.[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][dubiousdiscuss][/SUP] The community itself lays claims to a Muslim origin dating back to Colonial times.[SUP][2]

[/SUP]
[/SUP]I agree that its awful that idolatry is being practiced by the state here, but the larger a population is of a people who practice idolatry, the more prayers youll hear for their god.

I hope that the churches in Delaware havent started opening with Islamic prayers, youd think theyd know better. [SUP]

I think the two republicans that walked out did the right thing. Muslims do for the most part hate our constitution. Well that being said, I know of some liberals who hate our constitution as well. I wonder what our country will look like in the next 20 years or so.

I read an article about it:

Two Republican lawmakers in Delaware walked out of a legislative session Wednesday during a prayer reading from the Quran, with one returning later to call the reading from the Muslim holy book “despicable.”

The News Journal reports state Sens. Dave Lawson and Colin Bonini exited the Senate chambers in Dover when Tarek Ewis, imam of the Masjid Isa Ibn-e-Maryam mosque in Newark, and Naveed Baqir, executive director of the Delaware Council on Global and Muslim Affairs, gave the day’s invocation per an invitation.

Lawson returned after the prayer had finished. An Air Force veteran who served a tour in Vietnam, he condemned the decision to invite the two representatives of the Muslim community. Per The News Journal:

“WE JUST HEARD FROM THE QURAN, WHICH CALLS FOR OUR VERY DEMISE,” LAWSON SAID AFTER A MUSLIM DUO GAVE THE INVOCATION, INCLUDING A PASSAGE FROM THEIR HOLY TEXT. “I FOUGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY, NOT TO BE DAMNED BY SOMEONE THAT COMES IN HERE AND PRAYS TO THEIR GOD FOR OUR DEMISE. I THINK THAT’S DESPICABLE.”

one of the worst things about stories like this is that most of us no longer find them surprising anymore. just more of the same.
