Tim Allen has broken his silence on ABC’s cancellation of his multi-camera comedy series Last Man Standing after six seasons. In a tweet, Allen wrote “Stunned and blindsided by the network I called home for the last six years.”

So why they pulled the plug on this HIGH RATED show? Tim Allen is a conservative, supported Trump and went to his swearing in ceremony in DC. Then a few weeks ago, Tim went on Kimmel and likened the treatment of being a Christian and a Republican in Hollywood to being a minority in 1930s Germany. That was the last straw for the liberals who run ABC and they, basically, fired Tim.

A May 2017 petition called for a boycott of the network until the show is renewed.

It's just as well... the show is a bad influence by showing it's OK to drink booze and claim to believe in God.

Besides, their rating where just average from numerous reports I saw when this first came out.

So, why is he crying in his beer??? He's got millions and I'm sure he'll be in some movies and doing other stuff going forward to make more millions.

Well it is ok to drink alcohol and be a Christian. Nothing in the bible that says moderate drinking is a sin. So that's a poor statement.

We don't have to boycott ABC. I can't remember the last time a TV in our house has been tuned to it.

If that's true, why not a little moderate pot smoking? A little moderate cocaine snortin? How about a little moderate shooting up heroin? You know pot is legal in some states and in some places these other substances have been decriminalized and addiction to them is considered to be an "illness"... so there's where all yo obamacare buxx goes.

No, we are told in God's Word to be sober and God says drunkenness is a sin... and medical research has shown as little as one ounce of alcohol changes how the brain thinks which is where drunkenness starts

And, when one is friendly with the world, they become enemies to God.

Sounds like you already on the edge seeing how much you can get away with and still be saved.

That's a demonic place to be in so you should REPENT as to quit causing others to stumble thinking it's OK to partake in worldly lusts

Titus 2:11,152
For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

The point is moot... unless you know how to changes the hearts and minds of 7 billion people on the planet. You'd have to force them to change and that's not going to happen.

Nobody can change how this world currently is, and that is why the end of this age is at hand which means mankind is being allowed to reap what mankind as sown which is resulting in the Lord allowing man to descend in to dark blindness providing wide opportunity for satan to gain more and more control with each passing day.

The only way this stops is after the great trib when Jesus sets foot on the Mount of Olives, locks satn up, and starts His 1000 year reign as King over this world.

Until then, folks like Tim Allen will get fired and since the majority of this world's population is liberal leaning and rejecting the Lord... there's nothing you can do about it.

So, we should quit worrying about millionaires who got fired over their political affiliations and be about the Father's bidness of seeking to get people born again and making disciples out of them.

This, of course, is surely a political punishment, sent as a warning to any actor that dares to "be conservative", and not toe the party line.

Some people's priggish attitude aside, the show was a strong proponent for good values, especially when compared to nearly all television shows.

This one rated just barely under "Modern Family", which has had very high ratings for some time now.

The comparisons between the two shows, morality wise, is vivid, and tends to prove that there ARE a lot of people who really would prefer shows that don't glorify worldly things.

Actually... just like on your job... the owner can hire and fire anybody he wants.

Sure it was better than the modern gay freaky so-called family show... but it was not very close to being a Christian show ith Godly values.

Amen to that!!

And I hope some other network is smart enough to pick up the show and run with it! It would be a win win!

Wait till they start having muzlim friendly shows... and lot of folks watch it... and convert to islam.

That'll be a lot of fun, won't it?

They are starting to teach islam in some of the public schools as you may have heard in the news the past few months.

Wonder why the ACLU does sue claiming separation of mosque and state?

Liberals are always going to try to influence people to their point of view, so why is this shocking to people?

According to last night's news, the show is being shopped around and will soon have a new production rolling on a different channel.

That's what I was thinking they should do when I first heard about this since the show was still fairly popular.

If nothing else, one of the cable TV networks will grab it.

If it helps any, the point wasn't really lost. Just one person doing his usual. (On ignore, I don't see his usual.)

Yeah, two shows on ABC we watched. Now only one, and I'm sure Once Upon a Time will continue forever since it's really advertising for the owner of ABC -- Disney.

Oh, wait! Jeopardy and Wheel are ABC, too.

ABC doesn't really notice a boycotts at prime time because their audience is the left-of-Obama people.
