Heard a report that Canada has decided to pay a terrorist who killed one American Soldier, and blinded another EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS and issued him an apology?

1376766-tn_0162-Angry-Cartoon-Eyes.jpg

Have they gone completely crazy up there or what?

Aside from spitting on the life and death of the American Soldier and his family, and demeaning the blinding of the other, it is a direct insult to America itself. I thought Canada was involved in the fight against terrorism.

If Trump and the Congress let this pass without any sort of Official Response/Action, then they are as useless as those in the Canadian Government who came up with this idea.

I haven't got all the facts, but if what you're saying is correct, it's not good at all.

I think it's strange that Western countries are paying jihadists and their sidekicks for getting wounded and/or incarcerated on the grounds of trying to kill us.

It's like the US should be honoring Viet Cong.

Trudeau rushed the payment before the US could do anything, Canada didn't know about it till it was done and over. They have Obama 2.0 up there. How he got voted in is beyond me.

We apologize on behalf of the 71% of the country who are outraged at both the apology and the payout. Plus a bunch more disgusted with one or the other.

Trudeau is a Muslim. He paid off a terrorist, blamed his father's (Pierre Elliot) stupid Charter of Rights. The document that is going to take us to perdition in Canada.

The leader of the opposition is bringing this up daily in the media. It's bad enough he made this payment. But he made it in such a way that the family of the murdered soldier, who has a huge judgment against Khadr cannot get any of the money. It was give to him the day after Parliament prorogued for the summer, so no one could question the useless, brain dead prime minister. It was done totally in secret, although it got leaked. Trudeau fled the country on one of his "selfie" jaunts to make himself look good in the eyes of world leaders. Only, Ireland called him on it. Good work!

Regarding Khadr, people forget this is not just about killing one American soldier and maiming another. He was employed by the family Al-Queda terrorist business in Afghanistan making IEDs. There are videos on-line of him proudly doing this. So how many other Canadian and American soldiers did he kill with IEDs? And, the whole point is that he was tortured in Guantanamo. Do you know how he was tortured? Sleep deprived. Moved every three hours. Wow! I have chronic pain and I don't remember the last time I was able to sleep for more than 2 hours straight. BIG DEAL! That's not torture, that's life for a lot of sick people! There is a reason why two successive Liberal governments and then one conservative didn't stop this, or bring him "home." This is a parasite, and given the money by the biggest political parasite in existence. Obama did not hold a candle to our flunky drama teacher/snow board instructor.

Big protests planned, one in Ottawa on July 30 on Parliament Hill. Michelle Rempel, a Calgary Conservative MP was on FOX news I saw, apologizing to Americans for this travesty of justice.

We desperately need to get rid of Trudeau. He is bringing in immigrants at an alarming rate, 99% Muslims from Syria. I kid you not! He would not bring in persecuted Christians or Yazidis, who are being wiped out by Muslims from both sects. He has placed these "refugees" strategically in ridings where the vote was close. They will vote for him. They name their babies "Justin Trudeau Goat Eaters" or whatever, so voting for him is easy.

This is a massive issue in the conservative media. The only support is the ultra left, of course. It's in the charter. Sorry, I don't like the Charter, I said in 1982 we would come to regret it.

Rant over! Don't vote for Trudeau in 2019. As for the other bad, bad thoughts I have about that evil man, I'll keep them to myself.

On the good side, the payment was $10.5 million Canadian. I was thrilled to hear that in real, American dollars, he lost $2.5 million. Of course, the big worry is that it will go to fund terrorism. I would not be surprised to hear it had.

I didn't vote for him. Sadly, I'm guessing some women voted for him just because of his feminine good looks

yuckity do dah

how, if your brain is actually engaged, do you even vote for someone who PROMISES to put the country in red?

I saw a docu on him and his family way before the vote and you could see the weakness and 'charm' (if you like that sort of thing; I certainly don't)

I know many Canadians are outraged and up to here with all the so called immigrants who have more 'rights' then people born in Canada, not to mention the money, from actual Canadian taxpayers, they receive

You know its been quite a few years but I remember that Canada got mad at the liberal party. They got fed up and they voted the whole party out and left them one seat in the house. As my father says "want to make your representative work for you? dont re-elect them"!

There were two American funded groups, I forget the names, flooding the internet with anti-Harper (the excellent Conservative Prime Minister we had!) nonsense. I have all these liberal left wing high school friends, with no brains, putting these lies up. I unfollowed them, but I should have refuted them. I do that now, like with this stuff about Khadr.

There is no backing down with the left. You have to keep on hitting them hard. In reality only something like 27% (??) of the country voted for Trudeau, because so many didn't vote, and we have a lot of parties. But the voting was strategic, and he won a majority. I used to think the parliamentary system was great. Now, I see how regional representation in the US is a much better system. So people like Hillary and Trudeau don't get elected.

Our main stream media is still singing Trudeau's praises for saving Canadians money that the court battle would have cost. Except, the principle here, is not paying off a terrorist working for the enemy in a war zone. Now we have established a principle in law, that it is ok to fight against your own country and kill multiple people, then you have to pay them a fortunate if they don't get their beauty rest. Horrific! In WWII, if a 15 year old had gone to Europe and fought for Germany, they would have been hung for treason. Those were the days!

I did not vote for Trudeau, nor do I support him wanting to take away our freedoms so that Muslims can have a safe space to terrorize us and preach their hatred via Islamic ideology which is using our own laws against us. I do not forget that makes me a fear mongering racist in some people's eyes.

Oddly enough they want protection from anything bordering on exposing the ugly and therefore uncomfortable truth about Mohammed and Islam while they absolutely squash any semblance of religious freedom/tolerance in their own lands. Meanwhile does anyone else receive such protection? It is quite the farce that is going on. Thank God some people see through the facade.

Oddly enough, some people still call Islam a "religion of peace." Could anyone be any more deceived? When acts of terrorism are perpetrated against anyone non-Muslim, it is not an act of extremists going against what their holy book teaches, it is someone/a group of people acting in exact accordance to what they are taught and instructed to do via the Qur'an and writings of Mohammed's instructions as per "Allah" in Islam.
