Alt-right and alt-left are words recently invented to insult "the other guys."

The truth is both groups are supremacists. The only difference is what delusion goes on in their minds on why they are supreme and the other guys are inferior. How about we call them what they are? Anarchists!

With Christ as my Savior, were I ever to declare myself politically I would have to be so far to the right of the extreme right I would make them look like Karl Marx, and so far left of the exstreme left I would make them look like McCarthy.

This is the Christian Forums group, Christ has nothing to do with Caesar or Herod.......i LIKE TO THINK FOKLKS WHO COME HERE ARE NOT PLITICAL over their faith. Forgive the caps.

I don't know of too many people that politicize their belief in God, unless the government passes/enforces laws that are in direct opposition to what God tells us to do.

Personally, I don't care how wacky a brother or sister is, politically, in my relationship to them as a brother/sister.

Politically, we can disagree/discuss/argue all day long, but at the end of that day, they are still my beloved brother/sister in Christ.

Yeah..... I can't follow his train of thought... I think I'm responding to what he says, then he comes back with a totally different tangent..

I'm out of this one.

I have to disagree with Christians shirking or cowering from involvement with politics. In my opinion, if you don't stand against something like government sponsored abortion, then you stand for it.

Some of them elements among the alt right crowd seem to be nutcases. However, have they been left at peace to have their rally there would be no trouble. The counter-protest crowd is full of people who are all for gay rights, abortion and a few other dark stuffs. They should not be viewed as heroes and their own violence is not justified.
Thinking of self causes so many to miss the point and the focus should be on unity not division.

He was reading from a TelePrompTer that showed him to be a strong big brother type but when he started talking from his heart that's when I thought, that's how he really feels.

I dunno if anyone else has heard, but apparently ESPN has fired one of its football commentators because his name happened to be Robert Lee.

(Hes asian btw, has nothing to do with the southern general)

They switched him from calling a UVA game. ESPN still sucks though.

Not fired. He was supposed to cover the UVA game this weekend, and they were afraid his name would start a riot, so they wouldn't let him cover it.

Stupid, yes. But he didn't get fired because of his name.

BTW, he goes by Rob, not Robert, so it was unlikely many would pick up the coincidence.
