A twelve year old would not have legal standing to bring a case against Sessions justice department. Her mommy or daddy are behind it and hoping for some emotional merit if it appears that the twelve year old is pushing this. Cowardly liberals using a child to forward their goals.

I'm pretty sure I know where this is going. The DEA (part of the DOJ) is the agency that has marijuana classified as a class 1 narcotic (meaning that it has no known medical use). Until the DEA reclassifies it there is little to no chance that Congress will legalize marijuana in any fashion.
If you read the article you would quickly find that the 12 year old has the legal standing (not her parents) because said child uses medical marijuana to control seizures.

if the laws already in effect were obeyed
thing is, it has been SO long since that has actually happened, some folks have the idea that old laws are new laws because they have not seen
laws enforced, but have instead been given a vision of a lawless and safe zone for criminals and borders that are more open than most stores
now could someone other than La Bomba dictate judicial renderings? by making sure all positions are filled by liberal judges ?
