Is replacing SOS Rex Tillerson good or bad for the country?

White House plans replace top diplomat with CIA-chief

Personally I believe he needs to remain as SOS. President Trump needs someone to smooth the feathers of ruffled by the president's off the cuff remarks. I feel that SOS Tillerson has the ability to work well with the nuts and bolts leaders of most countries in a way that does just that.

It would be best for him to remain so a new SOS won't have to be brought up to speed... but if he does get replaced, Im sure Tillerson won't mind at all. He has hinted when he took the job that he accepted the appointment because he felt it was the noble thing to do. He was CEO of Exxon/Mobil when he accepted the job.
