It's a difficult political decision for sure. Not sure of the timing, but, sooner or later, the capital does need to be moved, I believe. It's a very complex situation.

Always remember this, no man can come to Christ except the Father draws him, meaning you did not come of your own accord.
There was a prophecy against Israel through Isaiah which says:
"Regarding the gospel, they are enemies on your account; but regarding election, they are loved on account of the patriarchs. For God’s gifts and His call are irrevocable.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
He said, “Go and tell this people: “ ‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’ Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.”
Therefore I will say to you what Paul said, do not boast against Israel, for they have become disobedient so that God may have mercy upon them just as we were once disobedient and God had mercy on us Gentiles. And remember, you are saved by grace through faith and not by your own doing.
Just as you who formerly disobeyed God have now received mercy through their (Israel's) disobedience, so they too have now disobeyed, in order that they too may now receive mercy through the mercy shown to you. For God has consigned all men to disobedience, so that He may have mercy on them all.
