Spy poisoning: Russian diplomats expelled across US and Europe - BBC News

The United States and its European allies are expelling
dozens of Russian diplomats in a co-ordinated response
to the poisoning of a former Russian spy in the UK.

It is said to be the largest collective expulsion of Russian
    intelligence officers in history.

Prime Minister Theresa May said 18 countries have
aligned with the UK, expelling more than 100 diplomats.

Russia vowed to retaliate to the "provocative gesture".

The problem with the Westerners is they force many countries as many as they can to be their vassal. Why can't the West see Russia as a partner like what happened in World War 2?
Seriously? You're not big on learning from past stupidity, are you?

Personally, I think someone, (and I'd volunteer, if I were able to), should assassinate Putin. The USSR had enough hell under Stalin. Isn't it time we let those people free from a dictator who kills millions, and who has no problems whatsoever of crossing borders for revenge?

So where is the proof after 3 weeks?
This play of intrigue worthy of Shakespeare still
has many questions lingering as to the veracity of
the claims of Russian attempted assassination by a
supposed Russian made chemical nerve agent.

20 countries with an agenda against Russia have made
more than assertions of probable guilt but have without
producing any evidence subject to scrutiny condemned
    Russia ipso facto.
A 180 countries have not condemned Russia and have not
    booted out diplomatic staff.

There is a game afoot here. Is the U.K. wanting to distract
scrutiny of the Cambridge stealing Data Facebook scandal
    from the front pages.
Poland has just bought from the U.S.A. the Patriot air defence
missile system for a mere $4,750,000,000,000
Romania is getting nuke ballistic missiles.
    Poland likewise.

Just how close are we to the big bang?

"The study of the substances called Novičok took place in Great Britain, the United States, the Czech Republic and Sweden. The results obtained by these countries in developing new poisons of this type were published in more than two hundred open sources in NATO countries, "said Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zacharova.

I would post my own thoughts, but some have said it better than I could. I will say this:

    1. This makes absolutely no sense. The 'spy' all ready served time in prison and was released. If they wanted him dead, they could have killed him way before now.

    2. He didn't die. Interesting. Not a very good assassination for a state sponsored plot.

    3. It smacks of an orchestrated drama. Deliberate provocation before Putin's re-election.

    4. Who benefits? Putin? No. Britain? No.

    5. Ask yourself: who has historically hated Russia and pitted European powers against one another?

One is a socialist one is a Catholic. Very different, same conclusion as me. Please don't fall for #Russiadidit - it's a Liberal trope.

Trade wars are already started, that will soon effect us all,
this first before any bombs are dropped I believe.

But America has also done lost the pride of its power, that it once had.

Rome certainly does have a problem with Russian Orthodox Church
Putin about 10 years ago gave a great speech on how he and the Mother
Church would protect Russia from Roman Catholicism; and from the
    moral decadence of the West.

Got reported in the various geo-political thinktanks, but as usual
never made it on the news over the cricket and football.

Taking on Putin is playing with fire.

The BBC continually broadcasts Russia's guilt,
other independent news sources are much more honest
about the contradictions and inadequacies of the British
Government's assertions and ready Russia guilty claims.

In 2010, the year Skripal was swapped to Britain, Putin chillingly stated, “Traitors will kick
the bucket. Trust me. These people betrayed their friends, their brothers-in-arms. Whatever
they got in exchange for it, those thirty pieces silver they were given, they will choke on them.”

Ex-KGB chief Putin hinted at the way Russia deals with spies | Daily Mail Online
Putin threatened Russian traitors the year Sergei Skripal went to UK - Business Insider

The message being sent was clear: Traitors are never safe, anywhere. Wherever you are hiding,
the Kremlin can find you and kill you (and your family), even living in the west.
