Another good reason to have that annual eye exam that we like to put off.

Ocular melanoma eye cancer detected two groups in two two states.

I didn't have cancer, but I had a film that had formed over my retina. Thanks to early detection and two surgeries, my vision was restored. Had I waited another year, the film would have completely calcified, and been impossible to remove. That $60 I spent on an eye turned out to be an excellent investment.
