How come I heard nothing about the school security guard that recently stopped a school shooter... By shooting him... with a gun?

There is no correlation between gun ownership and murder rates.

However, Western governments want to take away any safeguards against tyranny by pushing this myth, and the media supports it. Gun-free zones are safe havens for crazy killers to go beserk with no threat of being stopped in their tracks.

Mental derangement and previous criminal associates are strongly correlated with homicides.

Ban public schools.
School shootings would just start up in private schools. The biggest problem is modern parenting. Banning guns and public schools isn’t going to help that.

Truly sad. Praying for the family of the victims. I have already lost count of how many school shootings have occurred JUST THIS YEAR, yet I cannot recall even one school shooting that took place when I was in high school from 1980-1984.

I don’t think people realize just how violent large numbers of modern children are. For example, the number of children attacking teachers is on the rise, and schools can’t do anything about it because parents refuse to make their children behave and they fight the school tooth and nail when the school tries to discipline the child. Schools are basically not allowed to discipline children nowadays. Private schools will kick these kids out but public schools aren’t allowed to and they usually have to roll over and do what the parent wants. So if little Jimmy’s mom thinks little Jimmy should be allowed to constantly punch his teacher in the face with no consequences then his teacher is just going to have to put up with being his punching bag for the rest of the year. So kids are being raised with no consequences for their behavior. Parents think it’s okay if they attack a classmate or teacher and we see the results of this with these school shootings.

You also have kids who stay up night after night playing incredibly violent video games. You even see this with small elementary school kids. These little kids will be worn out and fall asleep during class because mommy stays up all night partying and the kid stays up all night playing violent video games. They get obsessed with these games too and it isn’t healthy.

It’s not a gun issue. I’ve had students who like to go hunting and talk about their guns a lot and they are nice, well adjusted kids. I think it’s the video games myself and the lack of parenting in this day and age. It seems like violent video games has been the common denominator in most of these school shootings.

Video games that are violent would have to have some impact on people that would cause them to act a little more aggressive, and lash out at people, but there seems like there would have to be the factor of people not liking each other as much as they did in the past because they are very selfish, arrogant, and self exalting, so they have the attitude, you do not care about me, so I do not care about you.

And that attitude is in America by the way she has been operating for years, and the attitude is get all you can get and forget everybody else, and people basically care about themselves with little regard for anybody else, so you do not care about me, I do not care about you.

Because America brings out the selfishness, and arrogance of people, and causes a me attitude, and with the advancement of technology even more so because there is more money to be made, and more money flowing, where they cannot get enough money, and businesses ripping, and gypping, the very people that made them rich, by higher prices, less quantity, and lower quality.

Big corporations like CVS, and Rite Aid, charging prices like they are a mom and pop store trying to make ends meet.

Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

At the end time the love of many shall wax cold because of their selfishness, and arrogance, and exalting themselves.

Pro 30:11 There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.
Pro 30:12 There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.
Pro 30:13 There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.
Pro 30:14 There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.

The last generation before God puts down the world when the transgressors are come to the full and the world goes by a kingdom that believes in no personal God, but the God of forces, or the power of nature as their higher power, and believe in evolution, and people can still evolve to be greater, which they believe the New Age Christ will cause that evolution to happen.

Ever since Adam and Eve sinned the world has been headed towards that kingdom when the nations come together to try to establish peace on earth by their own power.

The last generation the children will not obey their parents, but the Bible says the parents also have a responsibility to the children, and to not provoke them to wrath, which a lot of parents do not act right, and discourage their children, and they will be highly selfish, highly arrogant, and aggressive towards each other, and will be so obsessed with heaping money to themselves that they will not care about the poor and the needy, which God said even many that claim to be with Christ will do the same.

The love of money is the root of all evil for it neglects the poor and needy, and love is the fulfilling of the law.

Video games that are violent can cause aggression is some people, but the attitude of people towards other people that they view them as selfish, arrogant, dogs, caring for no one but their own self, trying to heap everything to themselves, causes people to have the attitude, knock them down, and kick them around, for you do not care about me, I do not care about you, and that is the biggest problem there.

And they get more violent as time goes on for the selfishness, and arrogance, and self exaltation, gets worse and worse, for that is the direction the world is going.
