I was going to post something about him on here, but didn't know how many NBA fans were on here. Thanks for the post and link, Zero. Nothing better than a feel good story in sports. Let's hope he still controls the ball on offense when 'melo comes back. There's no doubt about it, Super Lintendo has amazing vision on the court.

Just some b-ball talk. When Lin is on the floor they will have to follow his lead or the Knicks will go right back to where they were. He is the impetus on the floor and needs to run the offense, just like Rondo and others need to take that lead. They need his abilities on the floor, the turnovers will be up and down until they know how he plays and it will all fall into place. You can't do it with a power forward but you can do it with a shooting guard. He's a great passer and play maker and that is what they lacked. I'm a Celtic fan but the Knicks are making an early run and could overtake the Celtics easily with this guy Lin on the court. We'll have to wait and see how the other lead players adjust to this undrafted newcomer from Harvard, who has a knack for finishing and pulling out close game.

Thanks for posting this. I'm not an NBA fan but I watched one video of him just now and now I'm a fan of his. Watch him in action (very impressive) and also listen to him speak (he's quite humble, unlike many celebrity sports stars):

(make it full screen to see it better)

According to the article, Lin's family was converted in China by american protestant ministers in the early 1900's and Lin spoke of wanting to become a pastor someday.
We need to keep Lin and Tebow, and others like them, constantly in our prayers.
If they mess up just once, the media will have a field day with it, in bashing
the Lord and the church.

Good Post. I am glad to here that he is a Christian. He's a great lead on the court. I agree that we need to pray for our Christian athletes so that the media doesnt effect them in anyway. Thank You
