American Atheists Claims 9/11 Cross Has Caused Physical, Emotional Pain | TheBlaze.com

The plaintiffs, and each of them, have suffered, are suffering, and will continue to suffer damages, both physical and emotional, from the existence of the challenged cross. Named plaintiffs have suffered, inter alia, dyspepsia, symptoms of depression, headaches, anxiety, and mental pain and anguish from the knowledge that they are made to feel officially excluded from the ranks of citizens

Moment of faith, we've had this discussion before, the Blaze is simply not a reliable source for anything. Glenn Beck has been discredited by every reliable journalist and he seems to be more interested in having a cult around his own work rather than concerned about accuracy of the stories he carries. He prefers to inflame people's emotions instead of informing them with truth.

There is simply nothing I am willing to discuss about the stuff carried in "the Blaze."

This is ridiculous. They can't stand a couple of metal bars in the shape of a cross? Why would they reasonably experience any sort of pain from a cross? I honestly wonder if these people also try to promote open-mindedness and equality. If so, then this is a clear form of hypocrisy, and unless they had emotional blinders preventing them from acknowledging it, they would be aware of it.

Nautilus – You should be careful for what you wish for. I have included the official complaint.

COUNTY OF NEW YORK

47. The plaintiffs, and each of them, have suffered, are suffering, and will
continue to suffer damages, both physical and emotional, from the existence
of the challenged cross. Named plaintiffs have suffered, inter alia,
dyspepsia, symptoms of depression, headaches, anxiety, and mental pain
and anguish from the knowledge that they are made to feel officially
excluded from the ranks of citizens who were directly injured by the 9/11
attack
So the Blazé told the WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT

Jesus says you are either for me or against me. Atheist are against Jesus. The only thing saving them at the moment is the restrainer that is the Holy Spirit that is in all BELIEVERS ..

Ephesians 6:12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

Also everyone give some props to the BLAZE for putting together the REAL NEWS on this story

Demons affecting people to drive people away from God? yes, certainly

Demon- possessed people? Can be, but it is unlikely for demons to mass- possess a group of people and draw such attention to themselves, eh?
They are supposed to be cunning . I don't think the bible ever speaks of multiple people getting possessed and ganging up.

You can't pass off everything that goes against your beliefs are being a direct result of demon possession

Revelation 9:4 They were told not to harm the grass or plants or trees, but only the people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5 They were told not to kill them but to torture them for five months with pain like the pain of a scorpion sting. 6 In those days people will seek death but will not find it. They will long to die, but death will flee from them!

They is more than 1 ---

Way out on context. Where does it say that these anti- cross people were torturing people?

in all honesty i couldnt care less whether or not there was a cross at the memorial or not. Christians are way too sensitive as a whole about this stuff. We know people dont always agree with our beliefs, but then I dont let it bother me when they speak their minds.
