Pat Robertson and Tony Perkins were among the speakers at "The America for Jesus 2012" prayer rally in Philadelphia, Pa., this weekend who exhorted a crowd of around 10,000 people to pray for 40 days prior to the presidential election to reclaim the nation for God.

"I don't care what the ACLU says or any atheist says, this nation belongs to Jesus, and we're here today to reclaim His sovereignty," The Associated Press quoted Christian broadcaster Robertson as telling the gathering on Saturday at Independence Mall in Philadelphia.
Robertson, founder of the Christian Coalition and Christian Broadcasting Network, said the November election was important, but abstained from mentioning any party or candidate at the rally, which organizers said was nonpartisan.
"We are praying that God would touch America. We're not Democrats and Republicans. We're Christians," John Blanchard, the executive pastor of Rock Church International in Virginia and national coordinator for the event, was quoted as saying.

When I hear about this rally it is obvious who these people will be voting for in November. If they are complaining now America does not belong to God that means Obama has taken this away. I believe that most Christians this year will be voting for Mitt Romney especially to those who have followed news concerning how Christians have been mistreated and misrepresented by democrats and Obama.

Obama is ashamed of Christians. Franklin Graham and another Christian leader Boykins were not invited to Washington DC openly to speak of God and the Bible. Even Rick Warren made a U turn to see how things have changed. While Warren has been pretty open minded he is seeing Christians are being completely shut out altogether in DC. The living proof is to see recently how the democrats almost got rid of God’s name on their platform. Only because of complaints they kept it. But in their hearts they don’t have God.

Mitt Romney may be a Mormon a teaching that Christians consider to be a false teaching. Indeed that is true. However I have spent much time talking to Mormons over the years and there differences are more about the after life than the life we live now. For example they believe all their ancestors will be saved because of one Mormon in the family line where they will go after they die. But what they do teach in this life has a lot to do with the same teaching Christians adhere to such as honesty, no stealing, no murder, honor your mother and father etc..

If you were living in an apartment complex building with those who truly practice Mormonism none of your stuff would get stolen. No drugs No drinking no vandalism. No swearing.

Now go into the complex of those who believe as Obama does. Now you will possibly see drugs, drinking, stealing, vandalism, murder, rape, etc because Obama is a man of lawlessness. He does not and I repeat He does not adhere to God but only what he believes himself. Obama is associated with Atheists, secularist, Islamics, and New age religion believers. Compare the 2 is worse to live with Mormons that practice to the moral laws of God or to live with those like Obama who could care less who God is and what God says. Romney is not dead yet. He still could become a Christian over time and if you don’t want to judge concerning their beliefs just take a look at our economy. Obama has thrashed it up. Give Romney a chance. Don’t let his Mormonism scare you back for Obama is much more dangerous to what he wants America to be. If Obama has his way every Church would become a mosque. And every Bible would become the Koran and the law of Sharia would rule here then if not Islam he would choose a Carl Sagan kind of law of this land. One way or another Obama agrees with everything that has nothing to do with the Lord.

What better way to start posting at this forum then by standing up for Jesus...

The only comment I can really make on this is that God created the world.
The Bible tells you all about it in Genesis 1.

So that would mean he gave man what was needed to eventually become America..
So I believe even what all Jesus has done for each and everyone us there is really nothing man can do
to repay what he has done.

To ask us to stand up for him and bestow him all glory is the least Americans can do.

He provides for us so think about doing something for him.

Pat Robertson and Tony Perkins are evil men and their ministries are evil organizations and I would not cross the street to protect either of them. They have no love for their enemies, they spout religious hatred and they combine politics and religion in the worst possible way. Sure they sound unctuous and smooth but so does Satan.

Wow you blind fools. Two questionable religious 'leaders' lead a rally and somehow this becomes a rallying call for voters? If someone cant make up their own mind to pick a candidate and instead are so easily swayed to one side or the other they dont even deserve to vote.
