They do have these people in public schools they are called counselors.
And yet bullying still happens. I've heard of many cases where a student gets bullied and goes to these so called counselors and nothing gets done.

As for the drug thing, I've seen them fail and I've seen them work well. And yes, there are side affects and you should definitely ask the doctor and research it before administering it to your child/children.

However, the parents being ignorant of their child's well being and having the child die, resulting in the parent(s) being charged with manslaughter and negligence, should not be your basis that all home schooled children end up that way. or that all parents need someone or a group of people telling them what they can and cannot teach their children and how to raise them.

you agree that the Govt should by Law force children that don't belong to them to undergo mental health assessments??
do i understand you correctly?

do you think they are actually doing this to learn something good about how to better educate children?
not sure i'm understanding you so i won't comment.

you know that boys particularly are drugged at school so they will submit, don't you?
It's not like I have much control over it. I am not responsible for all the children in school. Their parents are. God is in Control.

Have you guys READ the Bible?

Jesus said "you WILL be persecuted because of me."
They were killed a lot.
Until the non-Christian Constantine made a certain version Christianity "believe this or die"
Then the Roman Empire's church did well.
Only those that disagreed with this "Emperor and Empire belief" were persecuted.

Sure the Protestant reformation did nothing but split a church into two groups who ended up wealthy and not at all like christ said.

If you think you're persecuted by authorities - welcome it.
Your established 'church' might not. Because they are Constantinians still.
That has little to do with the church of the apostles as Christ said was to come.

Don't worry about your schools - look forward to persecution - perhaps your church might come back to the way Jesus said it would be. If it doesn't (and it hasn't) then perhaps your doctrines aren't right...

Oh, the presence of a counselor stops all bullying in its tracks? Gee, I didn't know.

I didn't say that we needed "these people" in public schools. What I said was that bullying was an enormous problem in public schools. Not one that I (thank God) had to deal with, but many of my friends did. And that I didn't think enough was being done to stop it.

Unless you go to a high school in a mega city, then chances are you are not going to have a Counselor like your thinking. The traditional school counselor is nothing like a psychologist, but instead more of a person who focuses on academics and such. Yes, part of their job may require them to mentally help students, but it is only a small portion of their job.
