See this obelisk in front of the Basilica? Do any of you know where this came from? Have you ever heard of the emperor Caligula? This obelisk originally stood in Egypt, Caligula had it transported to Rome during his reign. My question is why would they have an object tied to such a tyrannical and sadistic leader brought to a place they consider holy?

yes people may not believe it but the government already just developed technology to controll weather.. stick your heads in the sand if you must but our society we have is not so great.
