This does not say Christ reigns 1000 years. It says those who were killed reigned WITH Christ 1000 years. There is a difference.
Again, it isn't saying how long Christ will reign, but how long others will reign WITH him. The OTHERS does not mean US, but the ones mentioned in Rev 6
Thousand is also not literal, but I am not derailing MY thread anymore to explain something I have said a thousand times already.

The student who refused to recite the Mexican pledge is an amazing young lady. I'm proud of her for standing her ground with the teacher/school. I hope people read this and see that just because you are Hispanic or of Hispanic decent does not mean you are not patriotic to this country (USA).
Regarding the child with the pop-tart...umm really! Can't imagine being in that class.

Wow, could you be any more judgmental and make any more unfounded presumptions than this response? You don't know the first thing about these parents or how they raise their children and here you are slamming them for doing things you have no idea that they do. Also, if you read the story you see the kid said he was making a MOUNTAIN not a gun, and that it just came out wrong. Get off your high horse and maybe you can see the article better to read it correctly.
that depends, the word "liberal" has a new twisted meaning in the US these days, i think it means anti-American pro-communism. if you're for abortion, homosexuality, debarring law abiding citizens of arms, 60% of the pop controlling the other 40% etc. then yes you are considered a modern day "liberal" in the USSA err...i mean USA.
