Towards a Turkish Spring

Posted: 06/04/2013 11:24 am

.....Arab springs are not the only ones.

There is, there will be, a Turkish spring, led by this same crowd of students, intellectuals, representatives of liberal professions, pro-Europeans, those who love their cities and democracy and who, six years ago, after the assassination of journalist Hrant Dink, demonstrated in the streets, shouting, "We are all Armenians."

One day or another, Turkey will become part of Europe.

This will be a stroke of good luck for the country, as it will be for a Europe that is sinking deeper into crisis.

But to do so, the country must return to the path of its stride towards democracy.

Turkey must fully convert to respect for human rights and the rule of law.

And Erdogan is no longer -- and in reality never was -- the leader who can accomplish this.

He was adequate for the chancelleries and the realpolitik of the West.

But he has become the enemy of a civil society that will not easily allow the noble part of its memory to be confiscated, one that, today, is telling him, "You too, Erdogan -- beat it! »

The Godfather of the Arab Spring

Levy is working to implement the doctrine of the “Greater Middle East” propagated by former US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice. It’s a “plan to provide Israel with a suitable climate to assert complete hegemony over the region.”

Levy belongs to the Israeli lobby that openly and fiercely defends Israel’s interests in France and Europe, and his past positions testify to that. “Levy contradicts himself in his support for the rights of the Libyan people to freedom and democracy, while opposing the Palestinian struggle for the same ends.

Libyan rebels will recognise Israel, Bernard-Henri Lévy tells Netanyahu

Libya’s rebel National Transitional Council (NTC) is ready to recognise Israel, according to French philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy, who says he has passed the message on to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The NTC “will be concerned with justice for the Palestinians and security for Israel” it it takes power, Lévy said after meeting Netanyahu Thursday.

THE BATTLE FOR LIBYA

“The future regime will maintain normal relations with other democratic countries, including Israel.”

Netanyahu's office confirmed the meeting with Lévy but did not comment on the discussion. "The prime minister likes to meet intellectuals," a spokesperson said.

Lévy, who helped persuade France to be the first country to recognise the NTC, visited the rebel-held Libyan city of Misrata last weekend and went on to Jerusalem this week.

Moamer Kadhafi’s regime refused to recognise Israel, even after Egypt’s President Anwar Sadat peace treaty with the country in 1979.

France’s chemical pre-action to propaganda defeat at Qusair

FINIAN CUNNINGHAM JUNE 10, 2013 0

Editor's note: Important debunk of French/Western disinfo on chemical weapons use in Syria.

Despite the Western government and media narrative describing the violence in Syria as the result of «a popular pro-democracy uprising» that has turned into a «civil war», the weight of evidence shows a very different scenario. That is, that the conflict in Syria is mainly a result of a covert war for regime change sponsored by the chief NATO powers of Washington, London and Paris, along with their regional allies of Israel, Turkey, Jordan and the Persian Gulf Arab oil kingdoms.

Syria is, from this viewpoint, a crucial staging post for Western imperialist plans to roll over the oil-rich Middle East in order to install regimes that are pliant with Western geopolitical interests. These interests include untrammeled access to the world’s main oil and gas reserves, eventual regime change in the regional powerhouse of Iran, and the denial of vital resources and markets to the West’s global rivals of Russia and China.

Washington, London and the former colonial power, Paris, have together invested huge political capital in this covert, criminal proxy war for regime change in Syria. The NATO states have mounted a relentless campaign to discredit the incumbent Assad government as illegitimate. Their respective foreign ministers, John Kerry, William Hague and Laurent Fabius, have repeatedly demanded President Assad to stand down, claiming that he is a despot who is unfit to govern. Those petulant demands now seem increasingly vain and, frankly, comedic.

The routing this week from Qusair of the Western-backed ragtag foreign mercenaries, including brigades from the Al Qaeda-linked Al Nusra Front, is emphatic illustration of NATO’s bankrupt agenda in Syria. This was no "noble resistance" to an encroaching despot, but rather it was the lifting of an occupying siege that had been imposed on a town of 30,000 inhabitants by Western-backed foreign gangs, which have no popular support among ordinary Syrian citizens.

i don't know what is going on here but it can be felt that it isn't what it appears to be. i haven't had the energy to check it out but i am sure that it is important. leviathan......levi=priest/connection.....athan=god of the crescent moon(pronounced atan or avan). it is only at this phase of the moon that certain 'images' on it's surface can be seen. i believe that many things are going to be revealed through names in the near future. that trend has already started. levi is pronounced levy

Talmudics for 300 Alex?

well Still, let's go through the possibilities.

and we have a winner.

Hillel Weiss, a professor at Bar-Ilan University, "preaches" the necessity of rebuilding the Temple and of Jewish rule over Greater Israel.[7][8][9] Rabbi Meir Kahane, assassinated ultra-nationalist Knesset member who founded the American Jewish Defense League and the banned Israeli Kach party, worked towards this and other Religious Zionist goals.

Greater Israel occasionally refers to the Promised Land (defined in Genesis 15:18-21) or to the Land of Israel, and is also called Complete Land of Israel or "Entire Land of Israel" (Hebrew: ארץ ישראל השלמה‎, Eretz Yisrael Hashlemah). This is a more accurate translation than "Greater" Israel, which is used in English but has no real counterpart in Hebrew.

The Bible contains three geographical definitions of the Land of Israel. The first, found in Genesis 15:18-21, seems to define the land that was given to all of the children of Abraham, including Ishmael, Zimran, Jokshan, Midian, etc. It describes a large territory, "from the brook of Egypt to the Euphrates", comprising all of modern-day Israel, the Palestinian Territories, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq, as well as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, Oman, Yemen, most of Turkey, and all the land east of the Nile river.

The other definitions are found in Deuteronomy 11:24, Deuteronomy 1:7, Numbers 34:1-15, and Ezekiel 47:13-20. They describe smaller territories (see the map included in this article). The definition in Numbers and Ezekiel refers to the land that was divided between the original twelve tribes of Israel after they were delivered from Egypt, and finally, the borders defined in the book of Deuteronomy are those that will be given to the children of Israel slowly throughout the years (please see Exodus 23:29 & Deuteronomy 7:22).

Israeli leaders are also advocates of 'Greater Israel'

To recognize the message of Jewish terror, we must examine what ignites it. It is portrayed as revenge for attempts to evacuate illegal outposts. So the message is the 'Greater Land of Israel.'

By Aner Shalev | Dec.20, 2011 | 3:11 AM | 24

....At a ceremony marking the end of basic training that recently took place somewhere in Israel, the keynote speaker quoted Biblical verses. The verses he chose did not come from the prophets' visions of peace and morality. Nor did he speak about our right to the land in the narrow sense of the term.

Instead, he cited maximalist verses from the Book of Joshua: "Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, to you have I given it, as I spoke unto Moses ... From the wilderness, and this Lebanon, even unto the great river, the river Euphrates."

Suddenly, when they speak about one state from the sea to the river, it is no longer clear which river they are talking about. If this is the message being sent by the Israel Defense Forces at this very moment, how can we complain about the hilltop youth?

do you have any other good reasons for why that region is falling like dominoes; and with all the evidence we have of lying and deception involved....who else is pushing for all this? America? what for?

the protests in turkey have nothing to do with the 'arab spring'...

turkey is aiding the syrian rebels...and turkey also supported the revolution in libya...there is no reason for the 'arab spring' movements to bite the hand that feeds them...

it seems pretty clear that the protesters in turkey are mainly kemalists...secular opponents of the islamist ideology that the erdogan government is gradually imposing on turkey...in other words they are pretty much the opposite of the muslim brotherhood that has been behind much of the 'arab spring' so far...

the only other possibility i can see would be that iran and syria are trying to take revenge for the syrian civil war by stirring up protests in turkey...but i don't really see iran or syria supporting a secularist protest movement just to spite erdogan...

ya...it's always these masked young wealthy foreign educated 'students' saying stuff like : "every place resistance"

nah....ain't buying it.
it's western meddling.
it doesn't matter what the govt is - the whole region is to be balkanized.
they can take out erdogan and not lose anything...or this could be a smokescreen for something else.

the muslim brotherhood is a western controlled entity, just like the friends of Syria and Al Quaeda.
so claiming secualr elements in these huge demonstrations (who are seen in photos waving communist flags:rolleyes:) is kinda lame.

and he's right about the Financial stuff going on.
that's somebody betting and trading on his standing or falling (he'll be toppled).
he's not totalitarian enough.

and he realized he's been suckered and prolly balked.

Iran and Russia have too much at stake to play revenge games with erdogan.

i think he's getting the same treatment all the other puppets got.
if he ends up dragged through the streets and whatnot like Gaddafi - well....we'll see.

The Reuters report cited Erdogan’s statement that the protests are being engineered by vandals, terrorist elements, and unnamed foreign forces.

“A comprehensive attack against Turkey has been carried out,” Erdogan said at a parliamentary group meeting of his AK Party. He added, “The increase in interest rates, the fall in the stock markets, the deterioration in the investment environment, the intimidation of investors — the efforts to distort Turkey's image have been put in place as a systematic project."

Protesters have accused Erdogan of an authoritarian rule and — notes the Reuters reporter — some Turks suspect that he seeks to replace the secular republic with an Islamic order, though Erdogan denies these claims.

The report also quoted a 19-year-old student identified as Seyyit Cikmen, who said: “This movement won’t end here. We’ve started something much bigger than this park…. After this, I don’t think people will go back to being afraid of this government or any government…. Every place is Taksim, every place resistance.”

Anti-Government Protests Continue Across Turkey < click

Iran and Russia MIGHT be involved.
but i think they're throwing erdogan under the bus.
i suspect NATO or some like group will say they must occupy Turkey for the good of the region, and erdogan will agree or else.
just a hunch.

Me make claims without sources?
Hahahahahaha.
I always give sources.
And why are you citing a CIA link? Aren't they part of the global kabal of Talmudics? Can't trust anything they say right?
tsk....still
i'm not going over it all again:rolleyes:

cliff notes:

CIA WAS OSS
The OSS was set up by:

Lord Mountbatten, relative of the Frankfort banking families, Rothschild and Cassel
Charles Hambro, Special Operations Executive and director of Hambros Bank
Col. Stewart Menzies - Secret Intelligence Service
William Stephenson - SIS American operations

OSS (CIA) is a 'British' operation.

they run the Tavistock Institute, which has a US branch called CFR.
look up membership (invitation only) of CFR for the late 1940s.

all ya haveta do is find out who took control of the British Empire with the South Africa wealth they had won in the Boer War.

good luck:)
