wait just read the article....

you have to submit a birth certificate when registering kids for school.

the school never should have allowed her to start using the girls bathroom if it said MALE in the certificate.

many kids with handicaps use a "special" bathroom.

someone who thinks they are female with male parts should NOT be allowed to use the same bathroom with other little girls.

I know a little boy whose favorite color is pink, likes dolls and castles. however he wears shorts and shirts (which most kids do nowadays) and uses the BOYS restroom.

allowing an 18 year old "desire" to be a girl when they have male parts, is just asking for trouble.

The biggest problem I have found when talking to transgenders is we often don't think about what we do is how that affects someone else. We are not the only ones who have to deal with a bad situation. We all have three options, use a unisex bathroom, the bathroom of our birth sex or move to Japan where it's not a problem. The laws should not be changed to please us. A lot of us just need to grow up and deal with in the right way.

No doubt. I still can't figure out how they determined this at 18 months.
i sat through about 15 minutes of a revolting YouTube interview with the Mom hosted by Trannies.
the hosts were a "guy" with a beard and whatnot (a woman), and a sexy blond 'woman' (a man) had the voice of a dragon.

ugh.

the Mom said the kid just indicated in little ways he thought he was a girl.
that's all they based it on. toddler indicates he is or wants to be a girl.
maybe the girls were getting all the Mom's attention....who knows?

sigh...the poor kid.

you have CPS taking kids for stuff that adds up to nothing.
and this is celebrated. that kid is gonna be one messed up boy.

and ya, sorry ACLU or whoever....the kid is a BOY.

the Mom said "WHEN he develops genitals, that'll be between HIM AND HIS DOCTORS".

what kind of sick people are already saving and planning to multilate their son because he had sisters and prolly too many Barbies hanging around.

i read an interview with the Mother on a feminism website.

she said she's so busy (fair enough - some of the kids are autism spectrum); that she has no time for herself....but THE KIDS GET LOTS OF T.V.

the dad is a full-time student.

eh.....the interview on CNN was a circus and the poor little boy was the freak.

grrrrrrr

Wow, this is sick :/

18 months? Really? When my son was 18 months old, he would have happily played with any toy set in front of him. He carried his cousin's pink purse around for several days. He likes flowers. He'll color with pink, or blue, or purple, or red...

Gosh. Maybe I'd best start putting him in dresses.

i asked my transgender cousin about this and he wasn't able to give a satisfactory reply. i love my cousin and we communicate often but have agreed to disagree on this topic. parental influence was a key ingredient in my cousins transgender lifestyle in my opinion and it is the same with this child. hopefully this child will 'rebel' against his parents at puberty and become a boy again. i pray for their eyes to be opened

Why am I not surprised? And I would not be surprised if they had taken him to a gender therapist to "back" it up. And best guess would be is if they did the therapist never asked about the family situation at home. As usual it would be based mostly on subjective feelings and very little empirical evidence to show otherwise.

The sad thing is I watched this story unfold from the beginning when the kid's parents first pulled him out of school and pretty much expected this end result from the courts here. In the 15 years that I have lived in CO I have watched the state legislature and courts become exponentially more liberal not because the whole state is liberal, but because the population majority is, thus the Denver metro area drives policy for the whole state.

The definition of transgender is very ambiguous and may fall into overlapping categories like cross-dressers/transvestites, androgynes and genderqueers. Some feel comfortable with their sex organ but some don't. Her wanting to dress like a girl doesn't mean she hates her male sex organ and wants to go under surgery. This kid is still confused and can not decide yet. As long as she still has her male sex organ she should go to boys bathroom, her male sex organ will freak little girls out. It's not a matter of discrimination, it's a matter of comfort.

Her male sex organ?
Ok. If a girl has a "male sex organ" THEN SHE ISN'T A SHE!!!

I'm rather concerned about this boy using the girls bathroom. If I had a daughter I wouldn't want her to risk being exposed to the "male sex organ" which would cause all kinds of confusion to other kids.

liberal parents and society are to blame for little ones being confused.

if my son told me he wanted to be a girl i would tell him God made you male.

It may seem mean but Love and Truth is tough sometimes.

But what if he is one that does have a physical problem? Not all of them can be seen from the outside. It leaves out two things we are told one Jesus does tell us it does happen, two it leaves out Romans chapter 8,we forget first of all that our bodies are under frustration, things do NOT work perfectly. Creation itself is under a curse. See the thing is when we say it doesn't happen we are saying this is the one area of life that DOES work perfectly every time. It also leaves out the very real fact that there are people born as intersexed, not all can be seen from the outside but there are those are on the inside. To get to the truth takes wisdom and discernment. And do we really know how much our industrialized pollutants, hormones being added to the food supply, medications with a hormone base have affected people? Some of the pollutants are known hormone blockers, some have the opposite affect where they enhance the hormones and in what in what combinations and amounts, how do those all affect us? (I have no doubt that there are those that know that this is a consequence of those things) DES is one medication they know for a fact that increased the number of intersexed babies. And the question comes do to how wide and deep does it go and what is the truth of the person that is dealing with it?

A look from the spring 2014 Raf Simons show

In Paris, Raf Simons thrills with no frills

By Alex Fury
Fashion, Fashion Sense

Simons’ collection was young, relentlessly so, torsos elongated above spindly legs encased in the briefest of shorts, oversized multicoloured trainers an echo of the pumping dance anthems roaring over the soundtrack. That rave safe moment was encapsulated in the almost hallucinatory quality of the prints.
