So their god condones abortions. Reminds me of Elijah and the prophets of Baal.

This is their prayer.

“We give thanks, oh Lord, for the doctors, both current and future, who provide quality abortion care.”

“We pray for increased financial support for low-income women to access contraception, abortion and childcare.”

“Today, we pray for women in developing nations, that they may know the power of self-determination. May they have access to employment, education, birth control and abortion.”

“We pray for women who have been made afraid of their own power by their materialistic religion. May they learn to reject fear and live bravely.”

“Today we pray for the families who have chosen. May they know the blessing of choice.”

Look if you want to pray for abortion then start a new religion where you have the choice to kill family members.

they had a choice. they've always had a choice. if you don't want to have children, then don't have sex. it's that simple. that advice alone would solve, like, 90% of unwanted pregnancies (that's not a scientific number, mind you, just a guess).

If I didn't know better I would say it was institutionalized Satan worship.

No, it's not. It's confusion and stupidity, but it's not Satan worship. It's the worship of self, it's the worship of sin, but it's not the worship of Satan.
Strike 1.

John 8:44
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Child sacrifice. Exultation of human will above all else. Two hallmarks of Satanism present in that room. Add to that an appeal to the supernatural and you have something fairly close to a black mass.

Strike 1? I didn't realize we were engaged in America's favorite past time. I'm not surprised the point was missed.

First, in order to sacrifice something to someone (or something, I suppose), it has to be dedicated. There has to be a ritual. There are many elements to a ritualistic sacrifice and abortion doesn't fit the bill. Do you actually know anything about Satanism, witchcraft, human sacrifices, or Black Masses? Because I do. I've seen WAY more than I ever wish to talk about. Much of where Christians get their information on all this stuff is from nonsense websites that (surprise, surprise) the enemy uses to create confusion and fear.

And the appeal to the supernatural you've mentioned is to the God we serve. I'm surprised that you even made that statement. Abortion is a travesty, and it breaks my heart. But it isn't ritualistic human sacrifice. Does Satan delight in it? Absolutely! Were the people who were praying to God for more money and the like to continue to kill people wrong? So wrong that I honestly question their salvation. However, it is not outright Satanic worship. If you'd like to talk about real Satanic worship, shoot me a PM. If you'd like to talk to someone who has been involved in things that you think you know about, give me a shout.

I'm not saying they were engaging in some sort of formalized worship of Satan. The appeal contains elements of Satan worship they may not know about themselves. See the term synchronicity.
