Pope Francis and his Vatican are going out of their way to partner with false anti-Christian religions. Pope Francis and his Vatican just partnered with Islam, to such an extent that Pope Francis's Vatican says respect will be given to Islamic objects.

the Vatican writes that it will treat the Islamic objects "with the same amount of respect as the Leonardos, Raffaels and Michaelangelos.

It's some sort of Roman Catholic/Islamic museum.

OH HOW HORRIBLE TO WORK ON A MUSEUM EXHIBIT!

Really?! They promised to treat the items like works of art. It's a museum. Even we delicately handle pagan objects with care. Have you ever been to a museum and seen the Egyptian and Grecian artifacts. Calm the hell down.

It's THE VATICAN publicly announcing to give respect to ISLAMIC things.

I wouldn't blink if it were the local museum.
This is the VATICAN.
"The seat of Christ".
Epicenter of the true church.
Etc...etc...etc.

There are MAJOR issues going on with the RCC,

Reaching out to celebrity word of faith pastors and movements, seeking to walk in unity with them.
http://christianchat.com/christian-...eaching-out-celebrity-word-faith-pastors.html

Concelebrating mass with a homosexual activist then kissing his hand for the world to see.
http://christianchat.com/christian-...activist-priests-hand-concelebrates-mass.html

As the very LEADER of the true church he says of homosexuals, who am I to judge? He's the "leader" of the "church". if anyone should be judging it's him!
Pope: 'Who am I to judge' gay people? - NBC News

Giving consideration to gay civil unions
Pope Francis wants church to study civil unions, Cardinal Dolan says

And now partnering with Islam, telling the world he'll respect Islamic things?

Come on man, connect the dots.

Actually, he said if a homosexual obeys the Lord, who am I to judge? Huge difference.

Also, Cardinal Dolan spoke that it was a question of whether civil unions were a render unto Caesar moment.

Also, yes, I believe all artifacts should be handled with care. They are treasures of another time that teach us of other times.

Not quite. He said if someone is gay and searches for the LORD...who is he to judge. This is not a signal someone sitting in the seat of Peter should send. He intentionally sent this signal, and placed in the larger context of recent actions it's highly concerning...ie doing a co-mass with a homosexual activist then kissing his hand in public. These are clear signals to the world from him. There is lots of room for a practicing homosexual to think they're fine as long as they are "searching".

It's not like taxes. This is marriage, and it has nothing to do with obeying Caesar. A major RCC cardinal even hinting that the church should give way to caesar in matters of same sex marriage? Gimme a break. Again in the greater context, this is the Vatican showing their corruption and sending signals.

Also, yes, I believe all artifacts should be handled with care. They are treasures of another time that teach us of other times.
It's not the place of God's vicar on Earth to go about giving respect to any object that is clearly Islamic. It sends the wrong message.
In the greater context, once again, this is concerning.

"For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart." - Hebrews 4:12.

Thanks. It cuts both ways though. :p

Wait so 90% of the catholic based threads on this site are how catholicism isnt a 'christian' religion, then people have the nerve to turn around and care what the head of this 'non-christian' religion does? Figure out your opinions people.

Actually my point makes a lot of sense.

So for the record, Catholicism is heresy. That's what the admins of this site believe.

And yet you still have people coistantly posting about the pope's activities as if he is somehow important and core to our religion. He is about as relevant to christianity to christianity as the dalai lama is, if the owners words are to be believed.

So he partnered with some muslims to have a museum in the vatican? whooppee-dee-do.

Posting about him means we think of him as the core of our religion?
Huh?

How did you get from...

They're posting about the Pope..

To...

They think the Pope is the core of their religion?

It's news that's relevant to Christianity (such as Christian eschatology, for example). We don't live in a vacuum Nautilus but in a world with a lot going on that affects us.

For example, when the dalai lama visits the U.S. in October of this year it provides an opportunity for genuine Christians to engage Buddhists apologetically and bring attention to the plight of Christians in Sri Lanka that are being persecuted by Buddhists.

Radical Buddhists’ Persecution of Christians Continues to Intensify in Sri-Lanka « Persecution News

Actually my point makes a lot of sense.

Another sign of the impending end of the age as the POPE will be the FALSE PROPHET that points all to the IMAGE of the BEAST, just as they point to images, icons, toe nails, hair and bone fragments amongst bleeding statues of Mary!
