In an interview with Safa News, Gilbert says the Israeli occupation deliberately <b> uses internationally forbidden destructive weapons </b> in its continued onslaught on Gaza.


"Israeli bombs cause injuries that cannot be immediately seen via x-ray," Gilbert said, "After a period of time, the injury starts to bleed."


"The material used in these bombs is uncommon, which explains why we cannot cure the injured parts, and in some cases doctors are forced to amputate them," he says.

SOmebody who hates Israel says something against Israel without proof and evidence and the media lap it up along with the Palestinian propaganda machine. So what are these weapons then? Where are the facts?

FACT : Israel informed the civillians of Gaza to leave for their own safety.
FACT: Israel informs the occupants of buildings before they are attacked.
FACT: Israel uses roof knocking a noisy explosion which warns occupants another missle is on the way and they must leave.
FACT: Hamas have told its civillian population to remain in Gaza and not to leave
FACT : Hamas use women and children as human shields.
FACT : Hamas use schools and hospitals to store weapons and set up military command centres.

Yes of course Israel would not be using any illegal weapons.

In a 71-page report, the rights group said the repeated use of air-burst white phosphorus artillery shells in populated areas of Gaza was not incidental or accidental, but revealed "a pattern or policy of conduct".
It said the Israeli military used white phosphorus in a "deliberate or reckless" way. The report says:
• Israel was aware of the dangers of white phosphorus.
• It chose not to use alternative and less dangerous smoke shells.
• In one case, Israel even ignored repeated warnings from UN staff before hitting the main UN compound in Gaza with white phosphorus shells on 15 January.

So it will probably take years to confirm that Israel is using illegal weapons again and again nothing will be done.

Of course where do you run to when you live in the one of the most densely populated places on Earth and you have one to three minutes to flee.

That video was appalling filth.

3 minutes is plenty of time to run a few hundred yards from bomb hitting. We are not talking carpet bombing but precision bombing taking out single building.


If people followed the request by the IDF to leave that area of Gaza then no civillians would be killed, but Hamas tell people to stay, I wonder why.

Israel goes above and beyond what is required to protect civilians.

Drop flyers telling the civilians to get out of dodge, then level the place with force to show the ruling power that they are done with the random missiles and killings. Anyone there 24 hours after the flyers is an enemy either working with or supporting Hamas, whether they are in civilian clothing or not.

The U.S. should take notes.

Israel surely doesn't have more weaponry than IT thinks it needs.

If it can be objectively proven that Israel has used forbidden WMDs then I would think it is just to call on them to stop using such weapons and return to their conventional form of warfare against the aggressor jihadists, or else to cease their war if they refuse to stop using such weapons.

First though we must have solid proof that Israel has those weapons, and secondly that it was Israel that used the weapons.

From this article the author mentions Israel used some type of bomb in warfare, but he is not clear in what type of bombs. Therefore it is curently unknown if WMDs have been used be either side, though by that article it would suggest to me that neither side has used WMDs due to the fact the author does not identify any type of WMD used, only stating the Norwegian surgeon saw and treated people who had suffered injury from a conventional bombing.

From reading the article he seems more dismayed at the warfare, and thus assumed WMDs were used though there is no evidence as of yet such was used. His reaction is pretty easy to understand, it can't be too easy having to treat people that have been mangled by warfare.

Plus who knows, in warfare lots of crap goes down. WMDs may have been used, it seems in this decade armies of the Middle East are done playing around and are going all out on eachother. So we will have to wait for more information.

The weapons that Israel is allegedly using are flechette shells. Israel has not denied using these weapons and they are not prohibited under any international laws.

white phosphorus is actually not illegal...it is only illegal to use it as a chemical weapon...but it is legal to use it to illuminate the battlefield...which is what israel has used it for in the gaza strip...

if you don't approve of the use of white phosphorus in the gaza conflicts...then you should be lobbying for changes in the relevant international laws...instead of wasting everyone's time by accusing israel of 'war crimes' that aren't actually criminal under current international law...
