"Where's the Christian legal defense groups?" Christian "legal defense groups" are vastly outnumbered by atheist defense groups. The atheist have the ACLU to support them in the courts with big $$$. The rule in America today is if your school board gets a 'cease and desist' letter, and you're operating on a tight budget, you'd better stop whatever they tell you to stop doing.
Yes, well the godless have their agenda and the Constitution has its authority. This teacher has no defense. And no atheist group can stand with her and argue that she does.
Liberty Law University has enough attorneys graduating that one would think they'd take cases that involve Christian oppression in America just so that they can later bring a civil lawsuit against the defendant(s) and the godless groups that joined their ranks.
The atheist activist groups think that they're going to exploit what they imagine is the pacifist nature of Christians, because you'll notice godless ultra-leftist organizations like FFRF don't target Muslims, or any other faith group but Christians, because they believe we'll roll over due to the turn the other cheek teachings. And others.
They believe we will not resist nor shall we fight back. And sadly, wrongly, many of us don't. We just concede they have a point and abdicate our own. And that sets a dangerous precedent before the army of demons like FFRF. Because once inspired by the concession of one Christian or group of Christians, they're inspired to trample the others they come across. Or that come to their attention.
We need to start a Christians religious freedom legal defense fund. Have on retainer Christian attorneys who can kick in the teeth of the godless who think they're going to not only strip the first amendment of our right to freely express our faith in public, but manufacture a new closet in which they think they're going to herd the sheep.
Make an example of the FFRF and others like it, and this teacher for instance, and those in authority at the Tennessee school who sided with her and gave this Christian girl an in-school suspension, the example!
That the Constitution guarantees our inalienable right to freedom OF RELIGION! While there is not one word in that ancient parchment that guarantees this nation to be free from religion!
Were this my child I'm make sure this teacher didn't have a class to worry about. I'd sue her personally, and I'd pursue charges against her with the governing body that gives her her license. I'd also take out an ad in the local paper that named her! And would post her latest yearbook picture as well.
That what flourishes as evil in the dark must be brought to light.
As a personal note, I didn't click the link in your remarks. The warning worried me that there may be a virus or some such there and that's why you posted that warning before hand. If it is a warning related to inflammatory speech, an edit to the warning you posted would be appreciated. I can handle any kind of speech. But I'm not fond of Trojans and creepy crawlies that like to invade computers and make them go frazzle.
No kidding! That's because this teacher is an imbecile bigot. But she wants to live!
Cut off a few heads and a terrorist sect does tend to deliver a world wide message that says; don't mess with us or we'll kill you!
Like the Fort Hood terrorist Muslim that opened fire not that long ago. Media reported he was unstable, a radical, etc... But not one said he was Muslim.
Even when it was found out that the FBI had monitored him visiting terrorist Islam websites for over a year, and on the computers at the base, when the media reported that they simply said they were radical websites. Not terrorist websites.
Islam tends to make an impression when its name translates to, "submission". And the brand of peace it promises to bring is arrived at after its terrorists murder everyone not their kind of Muslim.
