Help me to live more fully...

Slow me down
Create in me a desire to pause.

Let me pursue moments of contemplation
Become more aware of beauty and truth.

To perceive what is truly of value
Find deeper meaning in my life.

To recognize your presence
In the very common happenings.

To enjoy being - more fully aware
Of what I see, hear, touch and smell.

To be my true self - able to let go
Of being concerned what others think.

Guide me to my inner child
To your playground of creation.

To live life more fully.
