I'm just a girl
Living in my painful world.
I spend each day
trying to live for God's way.

Sometimes I cry,
beg and pray.
To be released from this pain,
so I can enter God's world again.

Even through my pain,
I have learned much.
Lessons about patience,
love, humility and such.

God eases my pain day by day,
I'm learning to walk slowly
instead of run.
For tripping on God's pathway
Really is no fun.
