The Problem
“What a lovely baby! You must be so proud!”
“Lovely child.”
“Adorable.”
“Precious Angel.”
It starts at birth. When is it that it stops? Why does it stop? No one knows. Perhaps we think we are stronger if we identify ourselves as ‘common’, so we tell ourselves this. We tell each other this. We expect this of ourselves.
It’s wrong.
We are God’s ladies.
We are Beautiful…from birth…to that first pimple…to our wedding day…to the birth of our own little angels…to that day we lose our memory and beyond…we are beautiful.
We have heart and soul. We have the essence of Glory in ourselves. The strength of a Mammoth in our beings. Nothing should hinder us in declaring our worth.
You are a gift.
You are a beauty.
You are worth the Dawn.
You are worth everything.
Your daughter doesn’t know this…even if you do.
Tell her.
Often.
For she may forget.
Tell her…
You are loved
You are needed.
You are appreciated.
You are…BEAUTIFUL!
And tell her, above all, tell her you love her.
