She closes her eyes,
Is it suppose to be like this?
Every single night she cries
He yells
She hides how she feels
She should be happy
She became a new mom and new wife
All in a year
But shes terrified
That he might hear
Her heart pounding as he yells
Shes nothing,
Cant do anything right
Theres no point in this fight
god why
Is she falling apart inside
Im so tired
Its only been a year
And she lives in fear...
God please tell me what im doing wrong
And in the eyes of my kids
Let me continue to look strong
Help me fix this
Please
Im trying my best
But im only me....

Luke 8:23-25
23 and as they sailed he fell asleep. Now a violent windstorm came down on the lake, and the boat started filling up with water, and they were in danger.
24 They came and woke him, saying, “Master, Master, we are about to die!” So he got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waves; they died down, and it was calm.
25 Then he said to them, “Where is your faith?” But they were afraid and amazed, saying to one another, “Who then is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him!”
