Comes from within we know true
My poem is for an angel heart
I never knew

Joseph Merrick
They said, his deformities strange
Was the kindest of hearts
They said he never complained

Made fun of
Abused
Tormented and used....
How can I say this more clear here

That some angels from God
Like Joe Merrick on earth
Was to show evil heart's
God's blessed mirror


God bless this kind man
Never forgotten
