OK, this is a song I wrote for my band, in the 1970's. I changed the chorus in 1980 after I got saved. I haven't sun it in church in a long, long time. If I could play piano I would record it and post it. I do have a bridge I play on the flute in the middle. Sorry you cannot hear the melody and chords.

When I think of loving people...
I love being in the company of 'real' people

I am not quite where I'd love to be....
But I'm working on that

I don't have a problem at all, spiritually 'crawling' with someone either...
So together we can learn to soar
It's what redemption means to my heart anyhow lol

The ungodly or jokers or mind game players or liars that tell lies behind your back, because since you don't gossip with others, you have NO idea what's going on lol

And that's what's most beautiful about it

I can love others if I want to...

Life is about finding beauty in sorrowed places...

I once worked with a lady who said to me...

"Sky...you would protect a person...but what you gain when you lose your life for another?"


I told her...
Well the world would gain a life...when I am not afraid to die!

When you text something...to a friend you love dearly
And they text you back...that simple " LOL"

That LOL...will bring more happiness to your day...
Riches cannot compare to that little "LOL" from a friend you care for...

I never knew what love felt like until I held my son and looked at him for the first time. To this day I can still remember the feeling but can't describe it in words. It changed my life and it set the course for my life....to protect him and make sure that his little baby soul would experience and feel unconditional love.

For my true love meant to be someday...

Love feels like heartburn, you can't breathe like there's a brick on your chest. It's bittersweet. It hurts but it feels good kind of hurt. Like being somewhat happy in your misery. In short it is madness.

Sick of love. You hate that someone yet you want to be with him. How sick is that? Crazy...

Love is that four letter word that is often confused with that other four letter word "Lust" but only love can make you stay in a relationship while lust will have you creeping out of someone's bed in the dead of night.Love can mend a broken heart while lust can have you breaking hearts..there is truth in love but lies in lust... I'm glad God loved me enough to send His only begotten son to die for a wretch like me.
