I told my girl at age ten



FLossy The Flamboyant Flamingo

Once upon a time...
Flossy the Flamboyant Flamingo was a star!
She ruled
All yards
As a plastic centerpiece!
Why?
She was the flamboyant flamingo!
And nothing stopped her flamboyance!
Well one day Pretty Pelican
Who Flossy only used to toot her horn...
And hold diamonds on her gullet said

"Flossy...I tire of holding your pounds of diamonds in my beak!"
Said Pretty Pelican


"You don't have a chance to shine Pelican...because I am Flossy The Flamboyant Flamingo...and I rule!"

Well
Pretty Pelican
Got tired of Flossy using her
To hold her diamonds in her mouth

So one day

They were sailing...
And Flossy the Flamboyant Flamingo wanted to swim

She dove down
In the ocean
With her pounds of diamonds
Around her neck!

Just then...
Flossy was sinking!
Pretty Penguin yelled...
"Forget the diamonds Flossy! Forget the pounds of diamonds! You shall drown!"
Said pretty pelican
"Take them off...you will float!"


So Flossy threw off her pounds of diamonds
And she floated so free


That's the story lol

It was to teach children
To thrive for materialistic things
Is only a weight on your soul

God
Is in freedom
God is in your heart!
