Fountain of Living Water
river flowing freely gives me
refreshes me, refreshes me
removes the mountain of my self and sin-soaked living
Removes me from the flow of iniquity
Saving Shepherd takes this straying sheep
Delivers me, He delivers me
On His shoulders He carries me;
this straying sheep fallen midst wolves and trapped in
the thorny pit But He delivered me
Love abounding, wholly free
Shepherd through eternity;
He leads me in the valley, He reveals Himself to me
In His forever love I will dwell
He lives in me, He lives in me

Amen! In Jeremiah 2:13, God Himself is called the "fountain of living water." For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living water, And hewn themselves cisterns--broken cisterns that can hold no water.

In Isaiah 12:3 we read, "With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation."

Revelation 22:17 - "Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the water of life freely.

John 7:37 - "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
