Let's snowshoe to the pond along
the crusty path we know,
and on the way, there just might be
some fresh tracks in the snow.
"Whose tracks are these?", I ask you there.
"They're deer," comes your reply.
"A group of them went walking through
beneath the winter sky.
In snow that's filling up the woods,
they walked a narrow line,
and followed close the easy way
by groves of stalwart pine."
And then I'll see the Spirit's tracks
to follow all my day;
A love to claim through deepest snows
and truth to show the way.
Galatians 5:25...Since we live by the Spirit,
let us keep in step with the Spirit.
