God I hurt so much,
Deep inside,
and God said I know,
that is why I hold you,

God I cry a lot,
mostly late at night,
and God said that is why
I gave you tears,

God but they never seem to stop,
God said that is okay I will
wipe them away,
and I will sit and cry with you.

God I like to hide,
keep out of sight,
God said you can never hide from me,
I will always be right with you

God I feel so alone,
and God said I am here for you,
sitting by your side you're never alone,

God I feel so weak all the time,
God said but with Me in you,
I will help you to be strong,

God I do not know what to do,
God said but I do,


God, You say you love me,
That you sent your son to die
for me, on the Cross at Calvary,

God you say that you will stay
with me forever, that you never leave,
I just do not know what to believe,

God you say when I am weak,
you will make me strong,
and in times of trouble you will
carry me along,

God you said you would not give me
more than I can handle
wonder how much you think I can

God you said that you will wipe my tears away
so must be why I still sit
and still cry today



God you said your words are truth,
that you never lie,
so tell me why have you not done all you say?
and God said
But I have,
