Box blade in hand
Tears in my face
Inside I'm trembling
Unable to think straight
No one will notice
Plays in my mind
With every swipe
I leave it behind
Crimson red
Slowly it flows
Releasing the stress
& letting it go
Ashamed and lost
Afraid to speak out
Negativity & hatred
Fill my mind with doubt
My mind is a mess
A burden I see
Now to release my friends
My family of me
One less stress
Or worry or fear
Will I cause to
Those I hold dear
In closing now
I try not to cry
And close my eyes
& whisper "goodbye

I haven never figured out what on earth causes a person to want to cut their own body.... unless it is demons? This seems to be a new fad, as I never heard of this while growing up? And writing about it seems to glorify it.

Princess Diana suffered from self injury. Its not new. People who dont understand and qant to should read "inside the cutters mind" by jerusha blark & dr earl henslin.
No judgement should ever be passed on those that suffer from it. Especially without better understanding.
