A Poem about the Present Tense God
A key to living with God, is to live in the present tense.
May this be a blessing to you.

I was regretting the past
and fearing the future.
Suddenly, my Lord was speaking.

"My name is I AM>" He paused.
I waited. He continued,
"When you live in the past,
With its mistakes and regrets,
It is hard. I am not there.
My name is not, I WAS.

"When you live in the future,
With its problems and fears,
It is hard. I am not I WILL BE.

When you live in the moment,
It is not hard. I am here.
My name is I AM>

Also... Out of lifes greatest miskakes, can come lifes greatest blessings.

King David, fell in love with a married woman... committed adultry with her,
and then, had her husband killed.
Terrible sin... indeed. But.. God. Two very powerful words.
Out of this terrible beginning, God brought King Solomon,
the wisest King in the whole bible.

Also, from this bloodline...

Came Jesus Christ... our redeemer.

So, no matter how big the sin, or mistake,

Do not run from God,
Run to him, with it.
He can turn it around for good.

He is a God of blessings........
