Song of the morning rain
Beautiful pearls sent from above
Silver threads streaming
Bringing me love.
The silence is broken
As they hit the ground
Some in puddles, some
Swallowed by the thirsty earth.
They are the tears of heaven
The wonders of the sky,
Watching each one passing,
I follow them to the ground
As they bring me deep sighs
Of affection of Your precious love.
Trembling I feel them
Each one a treasure,
Sent from You.

I really like this poem. Like the way it is written, the way it sounds when reading it out loud. Beautiful!
