We're Married For A Purpose

Take my hand
It's time to depart
Let this anointing grow higher
let the Spirit armor us with might
cause our union means battle
and our wedding means war
against Satan and his army

Let's armor our home
as a stronghold for His Kingdom
as barracks for the armies from Heaven
and let's train our sons and daughters
to preach His gospel in enemy lines

Cause we're married for a purpose
to leave a legacy of sons for Him
we're soldiers in His glorious army
with swords of paper and ink
and shields of pure faith

I didn't marry you for pleasure
but this marriage means an alliance
to weaken Satan in this neighborhood
to win with His Spirit the lost souls
and add them in the ships He has provided

Take my hand firmly
cause there's more land to take
and more regions to conquer
squares, schools, streets and supermarkets
will be filled with the glory of God

Cause we're married for a purpose
to perform mighty things in God's name
to advance His Kingdom
He will fill our mouths to speak
He will fill our hands to give
police stations, universities, and distant lands
will be filled with the glory of God

I didn't marry you for nothing
our union means war against Satan
but do not worry anymore
In His glorious name
we already won
