The city is disappearing
before my eyes
and it seems, it seems
that I am alone
in this huge ark

When everything seems harsh
you flood everything around me
till its gone, till it perishes
to make me see your face

The rain is about to be over
and waters cover the face of the earth
it seems that I am all alone with you
you put to death all my gold statues
and buried them in the vast sea

When I begin to put my trust
in all the people around me
you send a dramatic Flood
to make me see your eyes
once again, once again

Interesting written. At first I thought you tried explaining it seen through Noah's eyes, although Noah wasn't completely alone in the Ark during the flood. Then when I read further it is clear that this is more about you and your need of change? That God is trying to get your attention once you start looking for support and answers other places than Him? A thoughtful poem.

Yes...it is a poem written about that....about trusting God and not other people
