I hear the hymns divine
As the soft air brushes
Them past my ear,
The celestial songs of
Precious praise,
As I taste them from

The breath of angels
The wonder of God's
Charming grace,
The thoughts of loving
The Lord's embrace
I feel His smile,
The warmth of His
Eternal light,
It glows so softly
With heavenly delight
It touches me gently
In this divine place.

Not too sure how the breath of angels must taste like? ;) Maybe it is as fresh as toothpaste?! :D

Or else it is very nicely written. I also like picturing God smiling to me. :)

Maybe similar to the anointing spices.

Perhaps. Or there could also be no smell or taste at all. ;) But we cannot truly know this, though we can of course use our imagination and picture it as we think could be a possibility, like DustyRhodes does here as well. :)

Psalm 34

[SUP]8 [/SUP]Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.

Yes I agree the imagery may be hard to physically imagine...
but spiritually the breath of the Spirit is all encompassing...
thanks for all your support, i cherish it.
