God Is Love Forever And Ever Amen

If not love, then what,
If not here, then where,
If not now, then when.
What is life without love
Without love, can it be
And still mean anything.
The mind craves it
The body thrives on it
The soul is captured by it.
It's a race to the end
The finish line keeps moving
And sometimes running
With no shoes.
It matters not where it goes
Which way it winds
Or, how it will end.
It matters only
That each day
When I awaken
My heart is filled with it.
If not for our Lord,
Then for who.

A simple written poem, yet with a very deep meaning over it.

I once learned that it helps to start the day with saying; "Good Morning Jesus!", to make it sure that you dedicate your given day to Him. I don't always say exactly this sentence every time, sometimes I do, but even having one's thought set on Him says a lot already too. As long as your attention is set on Him during this day, reminding you of how much He is needed in your everyday life.

Amen, a perfect way to start each and every day. I do the same cuz it sets my mind on
Him right from the start and when He's there from the start, He'll be with us all day, smiles.
