Take my ashes Lord from my rebirth
Mix them with the clay of your creation
Hold me in your mighty hands and soften me to your will
Warm my heart
Smooth my flaws with the touch of your fingertips
Cup my face in your palms
Allow me to feel the wounds of your love so that I may show your grace to the world through this new vessel
Keep me safe from the fires of temptation in thine arms so that I do not shatter
Teach me Lord of thy perfection from the breath of your word
Place me at your feet Jesus to serve you

I really like the way you have written this, as how He molds you into a clay of pottery. :)
