I wrote a poem yesterday which I got very inspired by this song:

https://youtu.be/qOkImV2cJDg

Although I have heard a version I like better, it is put into my Christian Workout mix, so then the song sounds quicker than this. I seem to like it better when it goes quicker in rhythm like that.
But I can't find that remix version online right now so I will just put this song here as an example.

When listening to this song yesterday I could picture my King in so many ways throughout this song, it made me feel so amazed, and it made feel in love with Him.
A King is often seen as a very powerful and awesome person one often looks up to, and especially a True King who is there to protect us and love His people.

"The King"

The King, my protector.
In His strong arms, I am safe.
Sitting on His white horse,
gallantly fighting for me.
Arrayed in a blood red cape,
with eyes like blazing fire.
He is elegantly sitting on His throne,
crowned in great glory.
Majestical appearance,
great stature and powerful.

The King, my future husband.
The most wisest of all,
beautiful beyond measure.
Perfect and holy,
faithful and forever loving.
He is truth with a tender heart,
He is also the Word of God.
My comforter,
and my greatest encourager.
My teacher,
His spoken Word is like sweet fruit.
Good and healthy,
for heart and soul.

I am amazed,
by all of His splendour.
And by seeing,
all of His power and strenght.
My King is divine,
my King should be adored.
He should be given praise,
forever and ever.
All worship belongs to Him alone,
my true King and Redeemer.

The King, is followed by an angels army.
All fully armed and ready for battle.
My King, He is such an glorious sight.
All power and might,
belongs to Him.
He will bring me to His castle,
where I will live under His eternal reign.
In forever bliss and love.

Forever His, and Him forever mine.

I like this one, you should be a song writer, this seriously looks like a worship song I would sing at church. *thumbs up*

Thank you! :)

Writing lyrics or using poems for lyrics is something I can do fine, but I am not good with writing music. ;) But thanks for the compliment, if God wants it to become a song then it might happen sometime later. :)

Thank you! :) Yeah, Revelation is a very powerful book to read. I feel like you can read it again and again and still it will amaze you every time. I finished reading it not so long ago(have read it earlier too, but felt like it got stronger to me now than earlier), and now I am reading it together with my husband again. ;) It still amazes me now too, and I feel like there is so much food for thought with everything written in there. Every bible verse, and so on... :)

Thanks for comment. :)

I am not on the computer this coming time, I am writing on my phone. So I don't know how to "Like" anything when done through the phone, so know this that the earlier response on your poem as well as any other comments given to me, e.t.c... would get a given "Like" too.

No probs at all mam! "Getting Likes" arent important as compared to sharing an encouraging reflection from God aye? :):):)
