i wrote this poem when i suffered from severe depression, i was early twenties

Tears fell down from my mind
A life that seemed so unkind;
Darkness filled the space around
The tower crumbled to the ground,
The moon stood strong without compassion
Depression became the daily fashion.

Time went passed as i'd bereave
The world i'm born, i wanted to leave;
Then amidst the gloomy foggy night
A single star stood shining bright.
The star of hope was in the sky
And in time the star went by.

I looked back to what was before.
The moon was standing there no more.
A new foundation stone was laid
And a brand new life was being made.

that is so wonderful to write it gives me hope encourgement in my dark days you are truly kind to reconize the feelings we go through . its not hopeless there is the light at the end its kind n warm to write this keep up the good work god bless you may he bring you the joy you deserve

TY FOR YOUR TESTIMONY. THE OPPOSITE OF THIS IS THE JOY OF THE LORD, " FOR THE JOY OF THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH." ELIJAH WAS DEPRESSED, AND SAID, TO GOD, THAT HE WAS GOING TO DIE ANY WAYS JUST TAKE HIM NOW. THERE IS A CALLING UPON THE BELIEVERS LIFE. WE FEEL INADEQUATE THAT THE BURDENS ARE TO GREAT FOR US, HUMANLY, THEY ARE, WE CANNOT DO A SUPERNATURAL TASK IN A HUMAN BODY, WITHOUT THE STRENGTH OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. TAKING EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE, TO ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE. NEGATIVITY IS DOUBT.​
