TITLE: In Whose Hand You Are

Key Verse: Judges 15:16
Here, we see that Samson slew 1000 men with the jawbone of an ass.
This is really a wonder, beyond our imaginations. The impossible became possible.
Was it because of the jawbone? No,we cannot credit the jawbone. The jawbone of an ass is small and not a good weapon.

But this jawbone became a strong weapon because it was in a strong man's hand. When it was in Samson's hand, the impossible became possible.
The jawbone may be a meager or weak weapon to kill enemies but this is what happened when it was in Samson's hand.

So no matter how weak we are, no matter how useless we may seem, no matter how unworthy--- when we are in a Stronger Hand (...God's hand,...) we can do anything. Our God is stronger than this world. Our God's Hand is the Strongest Hand there is.

If we desire to be in His hand , put ourselves in His hand, the impossible will be possible in our lives.

We may be illiterate, or seem worthless, or useless, but our God is stronger, he can do great things.
Don't underestimate yourself, our God is able.

God assigned(or chose) foolish things rather than wise, God chose the weak rather than the strong.

(1 Corinthians 1:27 )
It does not matter who we are ....it is Whose Hand we are in that is important.

David is another example. (I Samuel 17)

Goliath came to fight with the men of Israel, and everyone was fearful, even God's anointed King, Saul.

But at this time David stood boldly to fight. He was a disappointment to Goliath and perhaps to all.

He was mocked by Goliath.
But David stood.

Goliath gave warning to David. He felt bad, perhaps, to fight with David,
because he thought David was only a small boy, coming to fight with sticks, not with any sword.

Goliath saw the height of David... and muscles of David... and age of David... and experience of David.
But he did not see Who was standing behind David.
David was not alone.
There was the Person Who can do anything.
Nothing great was in David's hand. But David was in God's Hand. God's Strong Hand.

Goliath thought David was going to fight, but he did not know that GOD was going to do battle on behalf of David.

So David got victory. And Israel got victory too. Until David won the victory, all the people were sitting , when he got the victory they started to stand.
When we stand for God many others then are ready to stand for God.
When you stand boldly, many others are ready to stand boldly.

You should be an example, no matter who you are!
No matter which religion you belong to,
No matter how much experience you have,

But the thing is-- in Whose Hand you are.

Are you in the Hand of God?
Are you willing to stand for God?
Are you depending on the One who is able to do anything?
