God understands my pain, the way my tears fall when mixed with rain.
The storms of life have got me down, but God is ever faithful.
I look above towards the face of Jesus, I couldn't be more thankful.

The warmth in His eyes, the love from His hands.
When no one else does, God understands.

When the pit of my stomach feels shallow from sin, God liifts me up and forgives me again.
When I ask Him sincerely, and pray in His name, the llight from His glory breaks every chain.
Darkness can't hold me when I'm in His hand, I am so grateful that God has a plan.

The depth of His love cannot be measured.
His presence is so great, it can only be treasured.

God takes care of my bruises each day, one by one He patches them away.
I'm free from the wounds that once inprisoned my soul.
I feel blessed when I say, I am finally whole.

My God can, because my God understands.

-Captivated-

No beauty can be captivated better than this.
With just one swipe of a brush on a plain white canvas.
The colors are black and the lines are bold.
With every swipe a story unfolds. . .

The painter sits confidently in his chair.
As he whips the brush up through the air.
It lands right down, across the page.
He paints some more to set the stage.

Lights, camera, action! This canvas brings satisfaction.
To the painter and the people who are veiwng this peice.
Only time will tell us the meaning behined this which is being created.
Imagination has carried the painter and his brush away.
No beauty can be captivated better than this.
