I kinda thought this would be nice to share my poem i gave to my girlfriend yesterday for a early valentine's day present. Tell me what you think.

If my world existed without you
The sky would lose its color blue
Blessed Sun would shine no more
Exalted Earth would have no core
Sacred moon would lose the night
Black would rule this holy light
Stars would fade in this dismay
We all need you night and day!

Today is short compared to years
Let me be your shield from fears
Clouds of sadness make you cry
Let me blow them a kiss goodbye

I love love love you so so much
holding hands, our lips will touch
Seeing through our doubt and fears
Being there for each other's tears

Heart's unite in one we stand
Nothing to fear, hold my hand
I am yours and you are mine
Today my love, be my Valentine <3

Pretty good one. =) Reminds me of the ones I used to write for my ex-boyfriend. I haven't written a love poem since. But, I know that one day, I will have a chance to write for someone again. As of now, I just write for Jesus. =D
All my poems are spontaneous and from the heart. I never plan to write one. They just pop into my head at odd moments. For example, while riding my motorcycle, while praying, while thinking about a special person, while cooking.. They are brought about by feelings. If I can't feel, I can't write.
